Karolina Kaczmarczyk, LMFTA

Imagine having a space that feels like your safe haven. What would that experience be like? Could it change the trajectory of your life? My name is Karolina Kaczmarczyk, LMFTA, and my intention is to provide a safe haven
for my clients through therapy.

You deserve someone who sees the whole human in you; someone who sits with you and sees the entire spectrum of your experiences, emotions, desires, and challenges. It takes incredible vulnerability to be seen in this way and I commend you for taking the first step in doing so.

My therapeutic approach is both experiential and attachment-based. As a marriage and family therapist, my hope is to form an alliance and guide my clients as they navigate the daily challenges of their life and the complex patterns in their relationships. My personal style of therapy is grounded on compassion, empathy, evidence-based practice, and authenticity. I aim to challenge my clients appropriately while simultaneously providing a safe haven in which they can be their most genuine self.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I have 9 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient psychiatric setting at the Institute of
Living at Hartford Hospital. While at the Institute I have had the privilege to work alongside with and learn from a multitude of psychiatric
medical professionals within the local behavioral health community. My experience working as a nurse in acute psychiatry has given me a unique set of skills to connect with individuals from all walks of life who just want to be seen, heard, and understood.

I have particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, are living with grief, anxiety, or depression, and those seeking to improve their self worth and deepen their relationships with themselves and others. If you are ready to take this next step in your journey, I am here to guide you in building your own safe haven so you can move forward with achieving your goals.

Grasiela Kadiolli, LMFTA

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in creating meaningful change and strengthening their relationships. My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, couples, and families, with a particular focus on immigrants and children of immigrants navigating cultural expectations and identity development.

I have extensive experience working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities, including children and adults on the autism spectrum, and I incorporate a compassionate, person-centered approach in all my work. I also provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity-related challenges, and family or relational stress. In addition, I have facilitated parent education programs and use play therapy techniques to help children express themselves, process emotions, and build coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way.

Fluent in Albanian and English, I strive to make therapy accessible and culturally attuned for all clients. My goal is to create a warm, inclusive, and collaborative environment where individuals and families feel safe to explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward emotional growth and connection.

Mariella Landry, LMFTA

You are the expert on your life. My role is to help navigate your path forward with clarity, compassion, and support. Within you is the insight and resilience you need to heal; therapy is the space where we uncover it together.

Healing from past experiences, exploring identity, or working towards change? Expect a grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental atmosphere. We will move at a pace that honors your own commitment and comfortability.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families in areas like relationship stress, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and substance use recovery. I use a trauma-informed, systemic perspective that explores patterns with curiosity, highlighting strengths you already possess, and creating space for the parts of you that may not have had room to be heard before. Together, we will build insight, develop skills that support meaningful change, and work towards clarity and stability; growth.
